Crossing Three Sliding Averages - three is more than two

Moving Averages are one of the most used trading indicators used not only by scalping and short-term traders, but many long-term traders find their use as well.

The simplest way to use it is to look for crosses between several averages, which is the case with today's indicator, which, in addition, not only can alert traders to individual crosses, but also can indicate those crosses that are really important.

Trading with the indicator

Trading with today's indicator is just as complex as trading with many of the other indicators available here. The only thing that is needed in the case of crossing these averages is to wait for a red or blue arrow to appear, which give traders information about the current trading opportunity.

The chart below outlines a situation in which a blue arrow (long signal) was generated, on the basis of which an entry could be made and later on the first cross (green cross) , the position could be closed.
